Henry Neave is a leading member of the British Deming Association, founded in 1987 largely as a result of his inspiration.

He worked with Dr Deming from the mid 1980s, taking part in the famous four-day seminars. Because of his close association with Deming, he has developed a profound knowledge and understanding of Deming’s principles and philosophy. Thus he is able to communicate the essence of the master’s teaching, including the most up-to-date themes such as joy-in-work, innovation (not just improvement), co-operation, win-win and optimisation of systems.

Dr Neave’s book The Deming Dimension (1990) has been widely acclaimed (and endorsed by Dr Deming in his foreword), for the new levels of insight and accessibility it offers on the thoughts and works of the master.
