We will be monitoring conversations with the LLM in order to determine whether the model needs more training – is the answer accurate, should it say more?

– John Seddon’s Digital Mind is owned by Vanguard, who is the owner of all intellectual property rights in John Seddon’s Digital Mind, which are protected by copyright laws and treaties all around the world. All such rights are reserved by Vanguard.

– You acknowledge that John Seddon’s Digital Mind has been trained by Vanguard using data which is proprietary data owned and developed by Vanguard at its own expense.

– By accessing John Seddon’s Digital Mind, you understand that you do not hold a licence to access such proprietary data.

– You undertake not to copy, in part or in full, or otherwise extract, mine or web scrape, John Seddon’s Digital Mind or any part of it for commercial purposes without first obtaining a licence to do so from Vanguard.
