Important things to know:
Only the ‘programme leader’ needs to buy the programme. The purchase will give you access to the programme for six months – you can run it as often as you like.
The programme leader needs to identify:
- A group (or groups) of people to participate.
Participants must be available for all three full teaching days and able to commit time to action-learning activities between the teaching days. - A space for the team to work together as the knowledge develops.
We strongly advise programme leaders to teach the programme as designed. We know from research during its development that this works.
We are happy to give advice on how to focus the programme for either service improvement and/or integration of services.
