– You acknowledge that John Seddon’s Digital Mind has been trained by Vanguard using data which is proprietary data owned and developed by Vanguard at its own expense.
– By accessing John Seddon’s Digital Mind, you understand that you do not hold a licence to access such proprietary data.
– You undertake not to copy, in part or in full, or otherwise extract, mine or web scrape, John Seddon’s Digital Mind or any part of it for any purpose.
We expressly reserve our rights in relation to any usage of John Seddon’s Digital Mind in development of other AI models, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of the Digital Copyright Directive ((EU) 2019/790).
