To ask Digital John a question, please follow the prompts below to login. You may receive an email from Delphi (whose platform we are using for Digital John) with a six-digit code, which you’ll need to enter to begin your conversation with Digital John.
Once logged in, you can either type a question in the bar below, where you see the word ‘Type…’ or select a suggested question, by clicking on the ^ symbol and clicking on your choice. You can also click the small telephone handset symbol, to the right of John’s name, below, to call Digital John. You’ll be able to ask your questions without typing and hear Digital John’s responses. A transcript will be available when you end your call. Please note: the audio transcription occasionally contains errors, particularly if you are speaking in a noisy environment.
